A frequent exposure to UV light helps with the prevention of breast and prostate cancer.
This is shown by scientific research of the Hage hospital in the Hague and the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam both in the Netherlands. The known effects of exposure to UV rays are staying behind with the latest scientific knowledge about this area.
Dutch scientists have published about this in the European Journal for Cancer Prevention.
Research has shown that a moderate exposure to sunlight has a positive effect on health. In contrast to all the negative reports about the risks of UV radiation exposure, all the positive aspects of UV radiation are talked about in this publication. The Dutch team of researchers have studied and evaluated all the the available scientific publications about exposure to UV light by the sun or solarium.
