Too tight jeans bad for health

Researchers have discovered that wearing jeans that are too tight are bad for your health. Women who often wear too tight jeans run the risk of getting problems with their nerves.

The syndrome is called meralgia paresthetica and causes a tingling and burning feeling in the legs. This is reported by the New York Daily News. The symptoms are caused by the pressure that the tight jeans put on the legs. Especially when combined with high heels, you run a risk of getting this syndrome.

The syndrome has been known for quite some time and is often found among construction workers, pregnant women and people who suffer from obesity. That this syndrome is now also found among young women is something recent.

The damage that is done to the body by this condition is often not permanent. When the pressure is removed and the wearing of tight jeans is reduced, the nerves will recover.

I guess tight underwear does the same thing … That’s why I would recomment that at least when you sleep get something extra confortable
