Time of eating does not matter for weight loss

People who want to watch their weight should not eat late in the evening. Because eating at a late time makes you fat. At least that is what people believe. The truth is a bit different according to scientists at Indiana University.

They conducted a literature study into health myths and they disproved some of them. Although it is true that obese people often eat late, it is not true that that causes them to be obese. Eating too much is what makes you obese.

No study shows that the time of eating is important.

Another common myth is that you can cure a hangover with a anti hangover drink or some other kind of means. This would be nice, but the only remedy against the nauseousness, dizziness, and headache that are associated with a hangover is time.
