Some sports make more fat

Not all sports are good for losing weight. This is claimed by British researchers. According to the researchers it can even happen that some sports make you more fat.

Some sports can make you crave more chocolate and snacks. The researchers examined which sport people practice and what they felt like eating after sporting.

It was shown that people that went jogging on a summers day felt like watery foods, like watermelon for example. Swimmers who had swum in cold water, felt more like having chocolate and candy.

According to the researchers less hormones that stimulate hunger are produced under warm circumstances. And in cold circumstances more of this hormone is made.

Less intensive sports, like walking for example, had no effect on the hormone.
