Exercise reduces chance of impotence

Gardening, dancing or any form of exercise is good for the male sex life. Austrian researchers have discovered that exercising at least half an hour five days per week reduces the chance of getting impotence.

The researchers conducted their study on 674 men in the ages of 45 to 60 years old. This showed that exercise that burns a 1000 calories extra per week reduces the chance of getting impotent.

Dancing, walking or gardening for half an hour is enough. The research also showed that men that burned more than 4000 calories per week cut their chance for impotence by half.

1 in 10 men is confronted with impotency in their life. In about 70 percent of men this is caused by physical problems.

A healthy lifestyle can prevent impotence, but until now it was not know how much exercising would be sufficient.
