Prostate cancer mostly occurs among men of 60 years and older. But what can we do to prevent it? Having regular sex can help according to researchers at the Australian Cancer Council. They showed that men who ejaculated at least once a day between their twenties and fifties, reduced their chance of getting prostate cancer at a later age by 30 percent.
Drinking a glass of wine also helps. Researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle showed that drinking a glass of red wine daily cuts your risk for prostate cancer in half.
