8 Life rules to avoid cancerThe World Cancer Research Fund had published these 8 important recommendations to reduce your risk for cancer:

  • Try to stay or become slim, but prevent weighing too less
  • Exercise each day at least for half an hour
  • Avoid drinks that contain sugar. Eat as little high caloric food as possible. Avoid especially foods with added sugars, foods that are low in fibers and foods that are high in fat
  • Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grain products and legumes and try to eat with as much variety as possible
  • Don’t eat more than 500 grams of red meat per week and avoid processed meats
  • Don’t drink more than 2 glasses of alcohol per day
  • Don’t eat too much salt or foods that have been prepared with salt
  • Don’t rely on food supplements to protect you against cancer
