Tartar meat balls for muscle gain

  • 1 pound of tartar meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of roasted wheat germs
  • 50 grams of chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. of meat seasoning

Mix the ingredients in a big bowl and make small balls. Use an ice scoop to create equal sized balls. Grease a baking plate, put the balls on it and put them in a pre-heated oven at 200C. Turn them after 15 minutes and bake them for 7 minutes more. Makes 16 to 20 meat balls.
