Eat six times a day
To loose weight and to improve your form, you have to increase your metabolism so you will burn more calories even when you are not training. One of the best ways to keep your metabolism working in high gear is to feed it constantly. When you eat 6 times a day, three meals and three snacks, you always feel full and without hunger. Use your blender

Smoothies, mixtures of milk, skimmed yogurt, whey protein, ice and other healthy ingredients, can function as meal replacements or healthy snacks. Smoothies require little preparation time, give a full feeling and they taste delicious if you add fruit, whey protein with added flavor or peanut butter. Take a smoothie of a quarter liter as breakfast or as a snack before or after your workout.
Know what to drink
Water is not the most exiting drink, but drinking 8 glasses of water per day will leave you hydrated and saturated (hunger and thirst are often confused). After water the best beverages are skimmed milk and green tea. If you insist on taking a soda, don’t take more than 2 glasses of light soda per day. And avoid any beverage that contains sugar.
Mind your protein
Vary your meals making sure every meal has a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Make sure every snack has protein in it. Good sources of protein are tuna, eggs, turkey, chicken and other lean meats or fish.
Stop counting calories
If you want to loose fat, you have to burn calories of course. But the counting of calories is time consuming and demotivating. Focus on eating healthy and six times a day and you will feel saturated without having big changes in blood sugar levels or feelings of being hungry. This will keep you from snacking on the wrong things.
Indulge one meal per week
One time per week you can forget about good fats and wrong carbs. Just eat anything you want and fully enjoy the experience. This trick will help you stick to your regime the rest of the week.
