Three easy tips to improve your diet


Here are three easy tips to help you improve your diet and make your lifestyle and diet more healthy and will also help you to lose weight:

  • Drink more water: you should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of fluid per day and it is even better when this fluid is water. Water contains zero calories unlike soft drinks or even fruit juices. If you are drinking a lot of soft drinks try replacing a glas of soft drink for a glas of water each day. So in about a week you will have replaced all your high calorie soft drink intake by none calorie water.
  • Replace white refined flour with whole wheat flour: whole wheat flour contains more fiber and nutrients than white flour. So for example try replacing white bread with whole wheat bread or normal pasta with whole wheat pasta. The extra nutrients will improve your health and the extra fibers will help clean your bowels and give your the sensation of being full longer, thus making you eat less too.
  • Add more vegetables to your meals: vegetables are high in nutrients and low in calories. Try adding vegetables to your meal in easy and creative ways. For example add tomatoes, alfalfa or courgette to your sandwich at lunch. Or add broccoli to your pasta when boiling it for dinner.
