Time of eating does not matter for weight loss

I hope this is breakfastUnlike what is presupposed sometimes, you do not gain weight by eating before you go to bed. Weight gain is mostly related to what and how much you eat, but not when you eat it. The energy from food is temporarily stored in a substance called glycogen. This substance is found in the muscles and is used when it is necessary. Research has shown though that people who mainly eat in the evening/night tend to eat more than people who eat mostly in the morning. So it is a good idea to have a good breakfast. This way you will be less hungry the rest of the day and have less inclination to eat.
