The conclusions:

  • More than 15 glasses per week: negative effects on completing complex tasks, like thinking up verbs.
  • More than 30 glasses per week: more complex tasks are executed with more difficulty.
  • More than 60 glasses per week: the changes in brain activity have effect on behavior. Real mistakes are made!
