Coffee against diabetes

CoffeeA study shows that coffee could help prevent type-2 diabetes.

This study carried out at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in Baltimore, USA, found men who drank four cups of coffee each day had 20% lower risk of type-2 diabetes than those who did not drink any coffee. Study author Dr. Wen H. Kao speculates that this protective effect could be down to the magnesium in coffee, which helps regulates blood sugar. Boost this coffee aid by not drinking soft drinks or sweetened fruit juice.
